Review for Project 1 Design & Build
Project1 restored our 3 storey Victorian terraced townhouse back to a family home after 20 years of shared renters in 2008. This project required a complete redesign and rebuild of most of the house (except front and back walls) from its foundations right up to the attic conversion.
Project1 showed themselves to be extremely understanding of our requirements and ensured these were discussed and incorporated as the project unfolded. They had a professional and courteous manner, and (as time has shown) delivered a high quality product within what I deemed to be a very short time frame.
They were so good in fact that we brought Project1 back in again last year to add an additional bathroom for us ;- for which they had already routed the water pipes in 2008 "just in case". They know their stuff.
