These spaces all look pretty and are gorgeous - but for me, creativity is not something that I can organise and put neatly into pretty boxes. I am naturally inclined to be tidy but I’ve found I won’t find time to paint if my stuff is put away, so my watercolours are on the kitchen table most of the time, and brushes are to hand on a bookshelf. This means if I have ten minutes whilst I’m cooking I can do a bit of arty stuff, and it all builds up. Let’s not even go there with my sewing machines and fabric stash. They’ve taken over the ‘spare’ room entirely!
