When I tested Revere Pewter in my previous house it looked like battleship gray!

When we built in 2021 I picked one color for most of the house (work done by painters) and didn't really love it once we moved in. After a few weeks I repainted it myself with a lighter/brighter color. I took my time and did it over a couple of weeks ... I have 12 ft ceilings, so my glutes got a workout going up/down the tall stepladder!

I don't think you will really know what the paint color truly looks like until all your fixed elements and furniture are in the space ...

I disagree IMO the pendants over an island should be task lighting but we do need pictures of the space and the lights /

I'd go with the lightest one. A mid-tone floor next to mid-tone cabinets can look flat, and the lighter floor gives the cabinets something to stand out against. It won't feel too bright because the taupe will keep the room calm. Take a big sample home and look at it next to the cabinets at night under your own lights too.

I would replace the upright panel on the back of the island.
