Glad the prizes got to you okay. My daughter uses things like those stencils when she makes her own calendar/journal or for other crafts. Hope they come in handy for something.

Posted October Swap.....SOUPS ON, COME AND GET IT.
Easy Swap.........

I'm watching an English mystery series. I have to rewind a lot to understand the British accent and because I'm looking at the flowers!

Nice to see some have been posting and your garden looks great, Heidi.
Annie, I'll look forward to seeing your October Swap.
And how cute to see Ginger! Years ago we took our Girl Scouts to a nature sanctuary type place and they had an adult oppossum that was tame and let all the girls pet it.
About a week ago I pulled up the last of my tomato plants and the one remaining pepper plant. The tomato plants were still producing. Maybe I said before, when the weather was really not, the skins on the tomatoes got tough. By then I had eaten enough cherry tomatoes anyway!
Meanwhile, indoors I never had any luck with the pansy seeds I planted. They were a year or two old so manybe they don't age well. I put in Swiss Chard seeds after that and they are growing well. I think at some point I'll take them out of the water and get them used to soil and then plant them in my raised bed garden. Although my balcony gets lots of sun in the summer, by fall it's only useful for dormant or shade loving plants.
Out in my raised bed I've planted the following seeds:
- Bloody Dock
- Spinach Merlo Nero
- Autumn Giant Leeks
- Ruby Red Swiss Chard
- Robin Beets
- Yellow Granex Onions
- Lettuce Merveille Des Quatre Saisons
I still want to put in carrots, radishes, and dill.
I took a picture of my lemon verbena and basil that were still growing so well and how the bed looks now that it has been cleared of some plants and with bare places where the seeds are planted. I'll try to pull them up and add the pictures.
Very good Ruth......
And, of course, I will be swapping.
I even enjoy hot, gut happy soup in HOT weather. Low 100's today...and should be hot, hot, hot for the next several days. Fortunatley, the humidity will be low.

Happy Sunday......Enjoy!!
Annie, sign me up for the swap. I do not like soup when the weather is hot, but cooler temperatures are arriving. I just sent my Bingo words to you. However do you think of so many choices?
Update on the seeds I sowed. Spinach, Swiss Chard, Lettuce, and Beets are growing outdoors. Indoors, my Swiss Chard is ready to pick and eat. Maybe tomorrow?
