Help needed with ground floor layout

I have a floor plan of my ground floor that I would like some help with. I have some reservations about the position of the cloakroom, as it will be the first thing you see, when you come through the front door. There isn't enough head height to place the cloakroom under the stairs, unless you dig down (there isn't a cellar).

Also, I don't know if I should keep my ground floor open plan, or should I put the dividing wall back between the living and dining room? Extractor fan and boiler noise can be irritating, so I don't want to hear this when I'm in the living room. Is it difficult to retain heat in an open plan room? I was thinking of using underfloor heating.

Also thinking of reducing the size of utility room, as I was thinking of putting replacing the heating system with a megaflo. The boiler will stay in the kitchen.

(This floor plan is just a proposal, so everything is up for grabs). Looking forward to reading your comments.
