Hi Sally, I would bring in some lighter blues/greys and use pattern such as stripes, geometric or ikat prints to add interest as in the pictures below. Add large artwork and mirrors to break up the wall space I hope this helps Christine

Hi there, It would help with an image of your lounge, in order to give you more suitable advice.I can imagine, according to your description, that your lounge is quite spacious, decorated with colourful furniture. From the options you have provided, I would advice to use the LED hoop, as you already have colour in your furniture, I wouldn't advice to have colour in the lighting too.
