Hi. Your kitchen looks large enough to have a dining table at the bottom (are there windows or doors overlooking the garden?) or against the wall between the kitchen and WC (if you moved the fridge and larder). If you want a separate dining room I suggest having it in the gap between the hall and kitchen to save you from carrying food from one end of the house to the other. Depending on the size of your TV it might fit either side of the fireplace - you could wall mount it or build bespoke shelving units either side of the fireplace to save space.

Your floor plan looks like a 1930s semi which has had a large rear extension. If you are able to remodel the house you may be able to get a floor plan which works better for you. Depending on drainage and whether the wall between the kitchen and utility is load bearing (is there a room upstairs?), I would be tempted to knock the two rooms together and have a large kitchen/lounge/dining room at the rear. You could fit a small utility and WC in the space between the kitchen and the hall and use the lounge at the front as a snug/TV room (possibly fit French doors to close it off).

I agree with the comments above. Another idea that you could consider would be to reduce the size of the Hall as this will give you much more useable living space.

Generally having the dining room close to the kitchen, ideally with both having a good aspect to the garden, is very popular. In your case this might require some internal remodelling, as the contributors above have already pointed out. However if this was something that you could do, then the living room can be a cosier space either deeper within the plan or at the front of the house. Perhaps you could update your post with any photos of the space, which might make it easier for people to visualise and offer their opinions, and good luck with your project!
