I think that one of the problems with this small bathroom is that it's broken into many elements, making the space appear even smaller. The slope is very sculptural but spoiled by the style of window. Would you consider replacing the window with a full pane of glass in a casement or awning style opening? I'd also recommend either removing the tongue and groove boarding and skimming the wall or replacing the boards with T & G that extend from the floor to the ceiling. I'd remove the tiles and replace with T & G as well. Also, to unify the space, remove the ceiling tiles, which look like polystyrene, and the coving to simplify the overall appearance. A paler tint of the blue-green and a simpler window film in a foggy texture will allow more light to enter the room.

Hi You need to check re soil pipe - my opinion is that it is best to keep the WC as close to the soil pipe as possible to avoid unnecessary problems. I think if you put a back to the wall toilet in and build a false wall out by 200mm in which to fit niches, you can hide your pipework and have somewhere to put shampoos etc whilst in the shower. I also think that you can fit in an offset shower tray 800 x 1000mm and a vanity of 600mm. That takes all of your room up across the back, but gives you a super shower area, with room to step out in to a big enough space in front of the toilet and towards the door. This shows the 200mm wall by the back to the wall toilet. You could start the first niche at the same height, but what i mean is, go right to the ceiling constructing something like this one. That's my shower.................and,. although you won't have a walk in like that, you can then put your shower, like this one up to the wall. Shown with actual size objects as above. Then you can fit in a full size Vanity like this one. Please note that you may also want a radiator, but there are some quite slimline ones available these days, and as your door opens outwards, there is room for one on the right as you step through.

Dear Charlotte, the best option to buy shower pan and rail with a curtains , or to build one, instead of the bathtub. Here just examples , what to look for. The shower head it in the highest position now, its means if we take bath out we have more height to the floor. I have same made at home if you be interested I will add my shower pictures.
