Hi Bry, The WarmUp sticky mats are just 3mm thick, this should mean that the raise in floor level is minimal because the 3mm is effectively absorbed into the tile adhesive when laying tiles over the floor. Full details at: Warmup Sticky Mat Regards, Wetrooms Online

I have a similar look in my bathroom and used one wall of quartzite tiles which are green/gold. The other tiles are porcelanosa dover tiles which come in different neutral colours. I went for Dover Caliza and painted the wall Skimming Stone so it looked seamless. They are matt and textured.

Yes. All the construction detail is there. Forming a quote for the shell of the building should be simple from that. As for fittings, fixtures and materials will have to be worked out between you and them.
