You can use side panels or a deck/surround to create what is, in effect, a free standing bath that would work well aesthetically and, optionally, as part of a wetroom-style bathroom. Deep soaking tubs are especially effective for such projects; they have smaller footprint, which affords more room in the shower area, but their greater depth makes them exceptionally comfortable.

If your condo is your intended long time home, keep a bath in the bathroom you don’t use much. If the complex appeals to families, put the bath in the likely kids’ bathroom. If the complex appeals more to couples, go with a stylish tub in the larger bathroom. It looks large enough to fit a shower and a tub.

OMG- Found poo or most likely rat droppings!! Hoovered it, cleaned the floor and sprayed the Polar grout and tile sealant Will take a break and hope to get some feedback Possibly the rats have access from the left side? which is above the utility room and connected to drainage pipes? Gonna steel mesh all the exits or any exits I see Mel
