Bathroom Reno - do I keep the tub?

Living in 3-bedroom 2-bathroom condo. Need to reno bathrooms - do I keep tub or make them both showers. No kids.
What style for condo in bahamas and small space?

    A bathroom is a bathroom is a bathroom ….Whether Bahamas or Birmingham. I would suggest you keep a bathtub in one of the rooms for future resale value. If your condo is your intended long time home, keep a bath in the bathroom you don’t use much. If the complex appeals to families, put the bath in the likely kids’ bathroom. If the complex appeals more to couples, go with a stylish tub in the larger bathroom. It looks large enough to fit a shower and a tub.
