Marc - these are absolutely stunning sketches! Sadly, the opportunity to move our WC has passed, so we can’t put the the shower in that corner :( I’m back to two options: 1. Keep same layout but with a shorter, 1600mm bath and bespoke shower built onto the end (only really feasible if I can find a fabricator or bathroom designer to make this happen), and some storage / fitted furniture around the WC/sink - pros are the separation of the two / luxe factor, con is that there’s nowhere for the laundry baskets https://www.duravit.co.uk/products/all_series/happy_d2.com-en.html?product=3167994 2. Full-size bath with bespoke storage at end of bath (opposite the door), with laundry and towel storage, etc) - pros are that we maximise storage and have a full size bath, plus we could save costs around the WC / sink by skipping the additional furniture, cons... no separate shower... Same bath but 1700x750. I’m feeling kind of ambivalent at this point, but the builders are back and will be ripping out the old one soon so need to pull the trigger and get this stuff ordered! Final round of thoughts?

Another one I'm confuddled by is there an actual question?

If a sink can go there, a shower should be able to go there too, no? What reasons did he have? If for built-in handles I understand, but with a regular shower tap+hose, what's not possible? What about adjecent rooms? Any area about 100cm wide x80cm deep you could miss? We've managed to fit a toilet into our bathroom by removing a cupboard in our landing. Besides that, a 83cm door is wide enough (standard size in our whole house). Note: reserve 85cm width for your toilet. A walk in shower needs to be about 120-150cm long, why would you want such a long glass enclosure in a small space like that? That's valuable floorspace you've got to balance out! ;) So this could work, but I think is not a good idea:

Kitchen, starting left to right: side panel, 60 dw, 60 sink, 3x 900 drawer with hob centered on last two, no upper units as you don't want to block light, but a shelf (20cm deep) with lights in them would be nice. Then tall units with oven, utility door, fridge, shallow unit (and upper) next to it for making drinks, on bottom wall some more units for storage. Play area and wide shallow shoe cubbies next to the backdoor. Dining table no wider than 80cm. Island with 2x 80cm drawers on kitchen side, on the 'kids side' shallow units for toys, crayons and games. Shower pan in drawing is 70x90cm, toilet needs 80, sink requires about 70cm.
