Before & After: Kensington Kitchen Renovation

Huntsmore project managed the design and build of this stunning new kitchen on our latest Kensington project. The cabinetry is made by deVOL and is finished in Pantry Blue. A Havwoods oak herringbone floor was installed to compliment the shaker kitchen. A hardwearing but stylish quartz composite worktop fitted and a stainless-steel range cooker by Smeg UK installed. We are thrilled with the result!

great work! my only criticism, but this is very personal, the mirror is a bit high for a pertit woman like me. once had a builder installing a nice Bauhaus's mirror, half sunk into the wall, all wired up, looks great in photo, until I stood in front and can not see my chin. Have to strip all and re do. may be OK for you guys, but still better if can see your six packs in the mirror!

Hi @Huntsmore really love the design! Love the use of space and how the carrara gives an almost unibody look and feel! I think the recess in the shower wall for accessories is ingenious. Definitely a complete transformation from how it was. Keep up the inspiring work! Bringing the mirror forward gives an almost enveloping feel to the whole bathroom. It kind of tells you you are in the bathroom now and the fluidity has a way of setting a tone!

What a transformation, you must be so pleased with it! I think you made 100% the right decision with the open shelving, it definitely gives the illusion of more space. Thank you! The cabinets are painted in deVOL's 'Pantry Blue', a dark navy - we put the carrara worktop on so that it doesn't make the room feel too dark!
