help with open plan layout - where to put kitchen?

Hi all,

Looking for some help with where we put our kitchen in our new open plan area please!

Attached are the architects provisional drawings. I’m not keen on where he has put the kitchen as we’d like the rear wall of the ground floor to be almost fully glazed with ~ 6m of sliding doors.

As you can see the open plan area is 7.25m wide by 4.9m length -there is a bit of the open plan area which is cut into by part of the utility room (this segment of utility that cuts in is around 2.8m wide by 1.7m length)

We’d like a decent sized kitchen with island if poss (although can sacrifice island if won’t fit), space for dining table and a seating area to look into the garden.

Our current kitchen is u-shaped 3m x 2.2 with a separate larder cupboard and we would definitely like our new kitchen area to be bigger as it’s a real squeeze! We are thinking big sink, wide hob, double oven, full size dishwasher, tall fridge/freezer but not American fridge/freezer size, and good sized larder. of course washer/dryer will go in utility.

Is it possible to fit everything we want in the space we will have? I’ve tried a number of combinations that don’t really seem to work, so would be grateful for any ideas!
