Your renovation looks like it is going very well, don't get discouraged. I think before you change the pantry cupboard, it would be worthwhile you and your partner mocking up the eating area and the kitchen island unit to get an idea of where you're going. Re the island, I think an island unit which runs to the end of the pantry cupboard will add more weight and bulk to the space and anchor the pantry. It could be a working bench at the far end and an eat-on area at the closer end. This will give you space to 'land' items you are pulling out of the pantry If you mocked this up with some boxes and sheets, and then also added some large "pictures" taped to the walls, left and right of the pantry, I think it would give you a much better idea of the finished space. Re the art size, possibly pieces that relate to the pantry cupboard height on the left side of it and two pieces either side of the range hood that relate to the lower level upper cabinets at the far end .

i like the kitchen.. and moving the wall for an office.. couldn't the utility room bee the bathroom though? That space you marked for the other bathroom is massive and maybe not necessary as the bedroom I'd want downstairs will use a swivel bed.. also I was hoping to maybe make better use of the hall space.. move part of the staircase so it takes up less room.. maybe to the right of the door entrance? You're really looking at either a hi end kitchen company who supply a more traditional style kitchen ie inframe, or as @Daisy England says, go to an independent, but as you're planning on having this sitting on your worktop, depending on the design of the rest of the kitchen ie if you have towers, the counter level bi fold doors would be to a special size (as most tall doors are designed for tower use). The easiest way to do this would be to have an extra wide larder (800 or 900), fit an internal drawer unit at the bottom, then a piece of worktop, have power points inside and 2 or 3 shelves above. Depending on where the doors come from it may 2x 1965 doors or 2x 1245 doors at the top and 2x 715 doors at the bottom, all standard stuff. Bearing in mind the appliances your trying to hide would be too big to fit inside a 'standard' 300 deep dresser type unit, the counter top option might not be the most suitable. But for a budget of 20K, i could design and supply a larger than average kitchen that has some bespoke made to measure doors and specially designed rigid cabinets and all to a high spec.
