It does all seem a bit spaced out like this. My opinion would be to keep the hob on the island where it is so when you are cooking you are looking out on to what I presume is the garden/outdoor space and you can also see in to the TV/snug area. I would keep the ovens where they are but also position the sink along this wall if possible ( I presume you will be taking the floor up to run the water waste underneath?). I would not try and squeeze the sink/drainer in to the space in the middle of the tall units as this will not give you room to put anything down when taking it out of the oven. I would potentially only have 3 tall units on this wall and maybe keep them all on one side so the space does not look too overcrowded? So you could have a tall housing for a larder, the other for a fridge/freezer and the other for the ovens? For the units on the opposite wall under the window I would keep these all as base height units (no tall units) to help to open the space up more especially as this will be a high traffic zone with people walking through to the dining table and through the doors to the outside space.

Its a great space. I quite like the floor but there is a lot of it and its a bit flat looking, you could add a sisal rug under the table to break it up. I would also sell the black fridge and replace with something smaller, lighter and more discreet and a pale coloured bin too. Not a fan of the brick and think painting or plastering over it would create a sense of space and light. Maybe add some rustic mirrors to bounce the light around? The table is quite dark and heavy so again you could look at other options, though it does sit nicely with your other furnishings. And as others say, painting the units and beams will also make a big difference.

It looks like a nice space that one can work with easily to give both a beautiful & functional layout. With your "rustic/industrial" brief, I'd suggest incorporating both wood and stone/concrete into the scheme - I'd encourage you to look at the door options from Hacker Kitchens in Germany (which we supply) which have among their options both natural wood veneered doors, including stunning "ribbed" doors as well as true stone veneers. When combined with simpler & more cost effective slab doors, you can achieve a really high end, designer look without breaking the bank! Their open metal framed shelves are great too.
