where to put sink, toilet and maybe small shower??
its 9ft x 9ft in size.

Ah..............Jonathan beat me!! You also need to mark exactly where the door is so that the space on the right hand wall adjacent to it is marked up. Plus the window position would be very useful.
Once established where the toilet can go:- You probably have several options like these for instance.

Comments (10)Hi. I'm a bit confused, have you bought the vanity and are looking to paint it? Is the rest of the bathroom fitted as you could add brass or copper taps for instance with a matching mirror? Accessories will also warm it. I like a little wooden stool in a bathroom which you can add accessories to i.e. A candle, natural sponge, flannel etc which has some texture. A plant on the window sill if you have one and then nice accessories for the sink and either some coloured towels or I like hammam ones. I've found a couple of pics but they may not post as houzz has issues :( These are using deep rich colours which may bring the cabinet towards you a little. Comments (18)I've been thinking about options to cover all basis and came up with this. To allow guests to use a bath/shower the ensuite would be shared. I added a wall in the master bedroom to divide it and add privacy so guests don't have to walk into the bedroom to get to the bath/shower. The upsides are that the ensuite is larger, includes a bath and shower and has more vanity room. Also, by diving the bedroom I can add sort of a walk-in wardrobe. The downsides are that there's only one bath/shower that has to be shared and guests have to walk through the walk-in wardrobe to get to it. Also, it reduces the size of the master bedroom but it's quite a long room anyway and it would cut out the light from the windows in the bedroom. Just had the builder to view the flat and here are some updates: builder said the soil pipe seems to be straight down, but could install a pump to flush it; although the estate agent said the pipe goes from external wall at the back of the flat. Not exactly sure who is correct. the budget is likely to go between 30k-35k. I also had a measure of the current bathroom dimension which is 1.67*2.13m. and the ceiling height is 2.56m. we'll probably change the bedroom wardrobe and free up some space as well......See MoreChoice of big bathroom, 3 bedrooms or tiny bathroom, 4 bedrooms.
Comments (13)If you intend staying here for a decade then you should make this house work for you and not the next people. I think that since you have already flagged extending in 10 years you should also future proof your plans now. If it were me I would have a bedroom where the current big bathroom is in order to give you the possibility of later extending over the ground floor extension. I would also want a super sized bathroom for my use - I have always believe the person paying the mortgage should have a better bathroom than people who visit three times a year. And I would take the view that when a loft bedroom is later added it won’t matter if one of the four bedrooms is compact. So I offer an alternative....See More- 8 years ago

8 years agorough idea as Ribena suggested the bath on an angle. It could work if you had a wet room style walk in shower next to the bath. I have seen them without cubicles and the front section of glass folds in more when not in use. Ignore the black glass - it's the only thing available on my app!
Have put the wc on that back wall presuming it's an outside one.
If you could make the window slightly wider then you could centre the bath across the back to make a real feature of it - depending on if you need a separate shower or not of course...

also found this online - the door would swap over to the left but it's pretty much your room layout!
