Hi. We have a very low pitch on roof just above our peninsula. Distance from countertop to ceiling is only about 41 inches. About 103cm. Ideally I want three small colourful pendants to hang over the peninsula. It’s recommended pendants are at least 30 to 40 inches above the breakfast bar. If we suspended the pendants 30 inches above the breakfast bar from the bottom of the pendants where the ceiling is would only be a distance of about 11 inches. This means not much cable between pendant and ceiling. I’m trying to source very small pendants so they are not too obtrusive when you look through from the kitchen past the breakfast bar and from the dining space into the kitchen. I have attached a couple of ideas. I love the Muuto grain lamps which are the first photo. There are three hanging. They are 22cm in height and width. They come in lots of other colours too. I also light the bulb pendant which comes in lots of other colours.
Any advise/ help appreciated please.
