Very nice bathroom so do not despair. Looks a bit like mine! Looking at the nice mocha tiles, I think white and chocolate towels would go well. Or you could try fuchsia pink towels like the last pic! I think the white walls create a nice contrast, but you could get B&Q to mix up some paint matched to your tiles, although I think a little darker would be better. You definitely need a patterned blind which incorporates the warm tone of the tiles just to add interest. Dark woods would go well with the colour, so maybe a round dark (even black) mirror would add a bit of interest.

Plants are great in a bathroom, but you could always try faux ones if you‘re not confident about looking after them. A few small pictures would add interest too. Also how about a wooden shelf above the towel rail with some accessories and plants on it?

I think it looks great, I don't see much wrong with it. Personally, I wouldn't jump into anything immediately.

Fortunately bathrooms and loos are great places to sit and ponder, so I would do just that, every time you're in there, take a few moments to think about the space, what you'd like and perhaps think if it was someone else's bathroom, how would you advise them.

Have a look at pictures on Houzz, see what jumps out at you from some of the bathrooms or alternatively, look at houses on Rightmove. They can be a source of great inspiration or great as cautionary tales LOL. I've seen some shockers, so at least you'll know what you DON'T want!

The bathroom is fine, you don't need to rush into a decision about anything.

I love that example with the grey patterned Roman blind that Forzaitalia posted. I had something like that in mind too.

I agree with Sara, maybe a taupe colour and some bolder accessories (plant, pots, towels) would tie it all in nicely.
