Kitchen extension remodel

hi, I need your help. We have architect plans for a kitchen extension of our 1900's semi. The plans open up the back of the house so that the dining room extends into the kitchen and then at the back our master bedroom/ensuite. Originally I had planned to keep the dining table in the original part of the house and have a kitchen island in the extension. But have now decided that I want the dining table in the new kitchen area and now have the old dining room as a office/snug area. The reason for the change is that I like my dining table and its too big to fit in the old space. I have looked at other table options but it never felt right and it would be really good to have a desk space.

So, I have been trying to figure out how to organise the kitchen and table into the space. Non negotiable in the kitchen is a big fridge freezer (need the space), induction hob but open to any suggestions. There is an area set aside for a small utility room to house the washing machine, tumble dryer and the heated airer. I use the airer all the time but wanted somewhere out of the way for the washing when in use - if there is a better option to use the space as a whole, I am open to suggestions. The table is 170 x 100 cm.

I have uploaded the architect plans, picture of my table and the current dining room (which is a work in progress and taken from the extension perspective!)

Any suggestions for layout would be gratefully received

Thanks

Becky
