You must be so happy with the finished result! Very elegant - good call on your choices

I am surprised that the consensus is to keep the bath. We are having a similar dilemma as we are turning a bedroom into a bathroom and neither of us have used a bath in years so we are considering having a nice spacious bathroom with just a shower. I thought most people these days took showers but am also aware that if we needed to sell, a bath might be better (with a shower). Someone also said that a shower upstairs will always leak and cause problems? What do others think?

@Jonathan Scary times indeed, I'm being immunosuppressed so I'm firmly staying inside. @OnePlan lovely message and funny😁 I saw this on Social last evening and it cracked me up! luckily I have an external mail box which I only check once per week armed with sterilising wipes and disinfecting spray.I hope you all keep safe I have the benifit of hàving great neighbours who do my bins and offer to do my shopping as my hubby works away. Thanks Zoe, I agree with you re toilet being more of a priority. The amount of squabbles that would save... It feels a little backwards to most other properties that have a toilet downstairs and the full bathroom upstairs but I can’t see another way to do it and get 3 double bedrooms upstairs. At the moment my twins have L shaped bunks but in 7 years they’ll probably be over 6’ tall so I want to have enough space for 2 singles too. 🤔 With your other idea I could move the wall over another 10cm but it would be right up against the window frame, would that look ok?
