Comments (11)Assuming that is your washstand the tile is against I would tile the floor with the same tile to avoid you having too many different flat surfaces in a small space (assuming you can get it in a floor quality tile). Given the light situation I would paint a feature wall in a deep colour to add contrast to an otherwise fairly white room. Comments (12)I remember a friend once saying black tiles showed the dirt very easily and needed cleaning more often. All the images of the dark tiles show them used with a light coloured grout which would be needed to show the shape of the tile. I would go for a hexagonal shaped tile if that is what you like. Everything dates eventually. I think a brick tile pattern is now a bit dated. I think either of the lighter shades would look great...See MoreE D
