Bathroom layout change

I'd like to split my bathroom in two to make better use of the space. It's actually an en suite (!) so is much too big. I'd prefer to use one half as a changing area or reading nook and so want to move the sink and rearrange the layout, as illustrated, as well as create a partition wall.

What I'd love to know is a vague idea of the cost involved. Obviously bathroom suites will vary in price, so just knowing how much the work would cost minus the suite would be great.
