Monocouche is better as it is tinted / through coloured so you don't ever need to paint it again + if you chip it or knock it it's the same colour underneath. It's also more flexible so less chance of cracking and coming off. Silicone render by Wetherby Building Systems is probably better than monocouche as even more flexible and water resistant. If it was me I'd pay a bit more and not have to worry about it anymore.

Chartwell Green is usually a standard garage door colour and would provide some colour which blends in quite nicely outdoors.

Hi, do you have to add cladding to the gable as you're adding another colour, material and finish? In my opinion it would be better all rendered. I'd go with the dark green as per Jonathan's image with the white fascias and windows and clay roof tiles it will look very smart. Add a large raised planter, or even large square/rectangular terracotta pots which will draw the clay colours together, some plants with movement like grasses and perennials and you'll have a great home with fab kerb appeal :)
