Hi. Its a lovely room, I preferred the table straight on where the sofa arms also didn't overlap tbh. I can't photoshop at all but it may give a very rough idea! If you want to paint then I'd go for aubergine on the dining wall and a lighter shade of the curtain colour on the rest and use green as your accent colour.. I'd put a round table between the sofa corners, I think something in white and oak would marry your dining table and tv unit but struggling to find something that's not obviously scandi in style! I'd pop a fat round lamp on there with a patterned shade with green in or a textured shade. It's hard to find something that will either fit in that empty corner or work on the long wall but this bookcase/display may work? I'd also add art behind the dining table

Nice to hear Monica. I love the house when the decs are up (cover a multitude of sins!). I put them up pretty late compared to most these days but hate them coming down to reveal unfinished jobs and less than perfect paintwork!!

Not really sure what you can do with the cubes but I would try to think bigger. A few substantial good looking items often work better than lots of spread out small nik-naks. Perhaps start with one or two oversized plants. I also feel you probably have too much display shelving and cubes. Yes, a large vintage sign above the sofa opposite the TV would work well.
