I had mine panelled with individual T&G cut to size. Undercoat and top coat of a dead flat wood paint, and it's still gr8 30 years on. Now you can buy the MDF sheets as mentioned above. You still have to put in place horizontal batons, but an under and top coat with a final coat of clear varnish - I would go for Yacht Varnish - and it'll last for years. Just make sure you seal top & bottom edges too. Good luck.

Also worth noting that the preparatory work required to enable a first class finish can be extensive. Essentially the walls need to be flat, true & square. This is in fact where most of the work comes in to it. Tilling requires far less prep work ordinarily. However, it all depends on the finish you hope to achieve and the complexity of the design. Top Tip! If your installer is able to butt & scribe a joint the full height of these panels you know you have a real professional at hand. This will open up design possibilities without having to use unsightly cover/jointing strips which is the whole idea behind Nuance panels as opposed to similar products from other wall panel manufacturers.

Hi, the flooring is vinyl, I don't know the manufacturer or name I'm afraid. My local carpet fitter had various books to choose from, I think it cost around £150 total.

Thanks Minnie. We will have to putbyhe bath down The left hand side if we do shower over bath because there is not enough tiling space where the window is. The previous owners tried this by the look of it and realised that water just covers the window sill and window! The bath would have to be a footed shower over one or i think a panel on the bath?? So if we panel it would be half way up the wall.
