Master Bedroom Layout and Storage

Struggling with layout in master bedroom.

I need to include some drawers, potentially an extra wardrobe though not essential, potentially an armchair, potentially storage bench at end of bed.

One whole wall is taken up with floor to ceiling windows which is lovely but reduces options for locating storage.

There are two potential bed positions pictured.

  • Option A is what the builders have assumed and wired up for, and whilst it does give a more obvious spot for drawers/wardrobe on the right hand wall, I don't like having my head pointed at the door when I'm in bed, and it looks a bit weird to me when you open the door to the side of the bed.
  • Option B feels like a better spot - bit leaves me in a dilemma over where to be drawers/wardrobes without (what is in face a very big room) feeling cramped.

I've included a couple of photos as well..one of option A and one of option

B. nothing in them except the bed is staying.

Which do you prefer - and any suggestions for how to manage storage layout much appreciated!
