Just bought a house. Built in the 70s. Had a survey done before completion and was told no structural problems. Few small cracks on walls that were noted as being down to normal settling of the house.
Got in and took up the carpets and found this substantial crack running across the ground floor.
Can this just be repaired or is it something more worrying that needs fixing. Any knowledgeable advice welcomed.
