Hi. the pic doesn't expand so i can't see the dimensions but..Do you still have access from the front to the back garden past the garage and master bedroom? If so, how wide is it? If you can I would extend both the boot room and study as the study appears very narrow. Do you have doors into the back garden from the living space? Do you need the corridor between utility and boot room? Can you not incorporate the corridor into the utility and have The utilities in a small U shape? Can the cupboard adjacent to the bathroom be shortened so you have a recessed shower in the top left (where cupboard is) sink facing the door, bath on the right ŵall and loo on the right of the door? I think I would split the cupboard that forms part of the living space, have a door in the living side for Hoover etc and then a separate door on the bedroom side for towels and linen. I'm just thinking it may be more practical?

hi, my sister in law has a very similar sized kitchen to u and shebhasbso much storage she even has empty cupboards!! she put her sink infront of the windowbwith the hob opposite, to the left of the hob shebhas a tall unit with her ovens in it and the otherside she has her fridge and then 2 base units and 2glass display wall units. on the far wall to the right of her sink she has wall units, and to the left of her sink she has a stretch of worktop similar to ur plan which leads to a peninsular island that steps down from her worktop height to create a table. would love to see some pics of what plan you go with and the finished result

Hey Lisa How about something like this? * Sofa in original spot with cupboards and dressers etc to left of it for work space, with the range and fridge to far left? Turning the Island to make home to the Sink and Dishwasher which can be fitted below (I did this in my Ramsey project if you want to have a little look, attached the image below.) Leaving room to sit for breakfast on the other side and views out of your bi-folds when at the sink! :) Of course with a a Oval table for a welcoming family dining space. Thank you Minnie for these observations. - For the peninsula: we currently have a 2400 run of cupboard (on one side 4 x 60, other 2 x 900 + 600) and 300 for the overhang - hence a total of 2700. I see your point more starkly now: i calculate I would have 1200 between the island and the wall - which may kill the sense of ease for moving around. May be best to switch the seats as you have it on your picture and loose a bit of storage. - Yes the render has a splashback, but I will go for a lower upstand with slim wall lights as you suggest. - I am stuck with the fridge so trying to get as much SS on the ovens is a good idea. - I agree that the small cupboard with shelves opened would have been nice, but I need this space to put things away. A thought was whether one day, this hinged door would be good in wood. Many thanks again. Isabelle
