My never ending questions to this wonderful group! My architect had drawn a few options up for my kitchen, one knocking down internal walls, the other bigger option of pushing out sideways. My architect is recommending that the internal wall knocking vs going out sideways if going to be better use of space and budget. He feels that the extention will end up with lots of empty space vs really make the most of it. I would love some perspective on whether folks agree with this, or if there’s another way to rework the space. I’m trying to work out budget, I do t want to build something I dont need, but equally if I’m going to do it - do it properly!
