The generous space was features 12' ceilings with exposed beams, exposed brick, and generous light. The renovation we did was extensive, including breaking through a 20" brick wall to create a new egress to an added bathroom. The layout was updated to a 4 bedroom/3 bathroom set up. Many rooms and many features. Lots of custom closets and smartly adapted storage spaces. The clients are thrilled and so are we.
