If you are looking for something a bit more substantial than the average room above garage, consider The Classic Barn Company and the 4-bay room above structure we built for a client in Hampshire. With a window set into the roof, two open entrance bays with one that utilises double doors. The other bay is a room to the side and there is a room in the roof. It can be accessed via the side staircase and has been finished to a high standard. Using traditional oak throughout, the client was very happy with the results.

The dormer window in the roof of this room above garage lets light into the large room above. This particular garage features our extraroom upgrade which allows for more headroom in the room upstairs.
