This low set acreage home built in the 80's had good bones, but was tired and needed a makeover. A sitting area was reconfigured to create a fifth bedroom and mud room with custom joinery. A garage was converted to a children's TV room. The laundry and master bedroom en suite were renovated, all rooms throughout were painted and wallpaper hung in some areas. Existing curtains were removed and replaced with plantation shutters.
