Affleck Property Services are delighted to have been presented a Richmond Society Annual Award for our three new build houses in Water Lane, TW9 as an acknowledgement of a positive and beneficial contribution to the existing character of Richmond’s built environment.
The development is the result of a joint effort of 3W Architecture and Affleck Property Services and features three new terrace houses built in a difficult infill site on Water Lane, TW9. The works performed by Affleck included basement construction and waterproofing, brick work, structural steelwork, slate and lead roofing, ground source heat pump installation, dry lining and plastering, electrical installation, external windows and doors, luxury kitchens and bathrooms, and decorating. Representing the best of architectural design and build quality, these new build homes are located next to late 19th century commercial building and sit well within the townscape.
