This project was a ground floor rear extension, front porch and a property renovation. Due to this being a small victorian cottage, the customer wanted to make the best with the limited space they had. We started by removing the large chimney from roof to ground floor. This allowed us relocate the family bathroom to the centre of the property and then create an open plan kitchen / living area.
Finished with a Scandinavian style bespoke kitchen and a large opening skylight.
