MODERN LUXURY TOWNHOUSE

A Vibrant Victorian Townhouse, designed for the Airbnb market just moments from Brighton Seafront, East Sussex.
This Brighton Townhouse was already full of character, but its white-washed walls and vintage stained-glass doors were lacking warmth and style. As an old rental property for many years, it was destined for the vibrant Airbnb market.
Working closely with our sister company Mapleview, it was agreed that by extending the kitchen and adding a much-needed WC and Shower to the rear, would create a seamless and lengthy galley kitchen full of light, height and plenty of cupboards/workspace.
One real focal point for the client was a beautiful piece of Cuban inspired artwork, by Paul Lemmon. Thus an all-encompassing colour palette was formed of balancing smokey greens, dramatic warm red accents, and soft neutrals that flowed throughout.
The use of rich Farrow & Ball paint colours against a varnished natural wood flooring, created a warm heritage feel. Adding elements of brushed brass, marble and glass fittings, the result was a modern and luxurious finish. Perfect for the high-end, playful Airbnb clientele.
