Sulgrave Road, London, W6

This project involved complicated structural changes to reconfigure two ground floor flats into a large open plan 3 bedroom flat by removing the party wall. The clients had relocated from Shanghai and were used to lateral living. Unable to find anything like that in London, they purchased 2 properties next door to one another to combine into one amazing flat.
