Chelsea Rebuild with additional floors, basement, side and rear extensions

This Chelsea project involved a complete rebuild, removing the roof and sides while supporting the front façade. The renovation included adding a basement and loft level, transforming the house into a steel frame construction with a central staircase. The home now features air conditioning, underfloor heating, new kitchens and bathrooms, and intelligent lighting throughout.
