Real homes evolve over time. This house had been totally refurbished a few years before but our client needed help styling and sourcing furniture, art and accessories. In particular, the kitchen and open plan living area were very dark and dull. We were asked to inject some colour and life.

The first step was to paint the kitchen in a beautiful shade of pastel blue, to combine with the uplifting yellow and royal blue sofas we chose for the living room. We curated accessories, plants, artwork and a gallery wall .

Moving through into the hallway we chose new furniture and rugs. Our client loved the gorgeous bespoke Tania Johnson rugs so much we ended up with three - one at the main entrance and two more leading to the kitchen and on the landing at the top of the stairs.

We commissioned a tapestry for the upstairs hall. There isn't a picture here, but we found a fabulous original artists table for the craft room and sourced and had the #myhappyplace light made as a gift for the man cave!

It was an absolute delight to help with the design detailing of this lovely family's beautiful home.
