A traditional flat composed of separate spaces was in need of an open plan living and updated bathrooms. Walls were torn down to create a light filled space fit for entertaining and allowing the family members to come together.

A light and airy living room filled with objects brought from various travel destinations. The built-in shelves display books and objects from Africa and Central America.

Colourful Modern Open Shelves

Open plan living was created by tearing down a wall between the kitchen and family area. Floating shelves and a built-in TV unit were built to flank the new opening creating ample display and storage space. A neutral pallet was maintained throughout with sudden pops of colour.
