Inspired by the most unique natural feature in the development, this cottage court is located on top of a coastal dune topped with beautiful oak trees. These 15 cottages are all custom designed to react and take advantage of their locations on the site and to preserve the oaks. The Cottages straddle 24th Bay Street that was reconfigured to avoid the dune as well as enclose a small public green atop the dune. Allison Ramsey Architects was integral in the planning and designed 14 of the 15 coastal cottages.
