Edinburgh Dining Table & Doris P Chairs to Match Walnut Flooring
Our client lives in a traditional style house. However she wanted the furniture to be reasonably modern without clashing with the style of the house. She had a walnut wood floor already.
The solution we decided upon was an Edinburgh glass top table and Doris P armchairs, both of which are quite contemporary. The table can be supplied with stainless steel centre pedestal and the chairs are available with various designs of steel legs. However we thought that this was a step too far so we supplied the table with a hardwood centre pedestal and the chairs with hardwood legs. We felt these would be more sympathetic with the style of the house.
The table and chairs come from different factories. The legs and pedestal can be supplied in several different polish shades, however we were concerned that they may not match each other or the existing Walnut wood floor. So we supplied the table pedestal and the chair legs unpolished, ready for the client's own painter to stain the hardwood to match the walnut floor
