The team took the preparation to the highest level on these lovely exposed treads and risers at the top of an Edwardian house in south London.

A solvent-based 2-part filler was used to effectively skim out all the imperfections on the stairs - dust-free sanding equipment was used to create a smooth finish for the paint.

The colour is Railings by Farrow & Ball.
