The layout of this flat was awkward, dark and with lots of small unwelcoming rooms. We ended up gutting out the whole flat and re-designing a layout that allowed as much daylight as possible into to core of the property. The courtyard also allowed a visual connection to the garden though the open plan space at the rear. Our client was an interior designer so we had great fun sourcing fantastic finishing and creating a truly unique space.
