The project was a condominium with a concrete sub-floor so an engineered floor was needed to be installed over the concrete. The customer wanted a wide plank hardwood floor, with a matte finish.

Terra Oak Grigio Ferro was chosen for their design oriented condominium. The Grigio Ferro colour is a mid-tone grey and the boards are almost 6″ wide and come with a matte, brushed finish, all of which complemented the style of their decor. The Terra product is designed for glue down installation, and the 3-layer technology combined with the double glue down installation of the acoustic underlay and the wood flooring provided the stability the customer desired.
