Located in a gorgeous Sussex garden, this simple garden room was built for a graphic designer. We were asked to create a box-shaped studio that would act as a day-to-day office and hobby space for writing music.

Desk & shelving space were important, so we avoided installing large doors which can often take up valuable storage room. Instead, the design has a single uPVC door with clear glass. Single doors are a great way to make space in smaller garden studios, and are ideal for projects with lower budgets.

For a room with a view, the studio include a large window that sits at desk height. We love the simplicity of this design. By opting for a single window and door, large amounts of light can still enter the room but more space is given internally.
