Hornton Street
Period house in High Street Kensington, designed by AL (Ackroyd Lowrie).
We stripped it down saving only the classic/period features as coveings and skirtings, that were then reinstated to match the existing.
We opened up the living room and kitchen, removing a structural wall and enlarging the opening to the room. The house has a very classic design and feeling, with marble tiles and reclaimed wooden floor (chevron).
The joinery was all designed and produced in Italy from one of our subcontractors (apart from the kitchen) and installed by our guys.
The property now boosts 3 bedrooms, 2 en-suites, 1 bathroom and a utility room, all with different finished but with the same style and feel.
