Hove Passive House
The Hove Passive House was constructed in offsite timberframe panels lifted into position by a 40 tonne crane over several weeks.
Denhof Design coordinated architectural and services related works in between the contractor www.nakedhouse.co.uk and the client + local architect Jim Miller.
The house was built at a very competitive cost thanks to offsite manufacturing and coordination of services prior to construction.
The roof area is covered in PV cells and solar hot thermal panels.
