Inspiration - Lifestyle

Initially we were called upon, to solve a dilemma about flooring choices. During the consultation a rapport was formed which led to the client hiring us for the entire interior design.

This Italian marble console with perfect proportions and metallic strip detail, is the answer for the narrow entrance hall of this modern home. On it a pair of tall silver vases topped with faux succulents in black soften the look and set the tone for this long hallway.

Placed in front of the stairwell this rug defines and differentiates the landing area of the hallway. Its bold pattern makes it the focal point along with floor vases and sticks.

For any look to be pulled together, there has to be a common denominator. In this case the finish on this custom build media console, was selected to balance with the wall art and so was the upholstery color of the custom build lounge modular.
Seating Pretty
The mirrored 'Solitude' photographic art by David Winston, was custom printed to produce a mirror copy and provide perspective in the room. The natural fiber upholstery color selection for this custom built modular, was based on this photographic art, which our client fell in love with.

A recess is a great feature in every room as it provides depth and the potential to become a focal point or display niche. Functional Formality
We took a holistic approach and created a frame type storage unit, which features a display, crockery storage, even a bar cabinet and yes a bench area to rest a platter or two when entertaining. We don't divorce elegance from practicality.
Elegant practicality
The monochromatic display of handmade glass bowls and plate, echoing the chair upholstery hue, looks serine and seems to extend the room.

The appliance cabinet behind a roller door and the under bench microwave cabinet, contribute to this kitchen's uncluttered look.
