RMD was approached by Legat Owen, Chartered Surveyors and Commercial Estate Agents and asked to re-design the communal spaces of a 19,000 Sqft commercial building in the city centre of Chester. The Premises had been empty for a number of years and needed updating in order the attract new tenants. RMD re-designed all the communal areas including WC’s, Reception, Stairwells, Lift, External Entrance and Mezzanine Floor. RMD also produced plans to open up the ground floor reception area to create a larger, welcoming seating area working closely with the Estate Agents, Surveyors and Contractors. RMD also suggested and created an identity for the building to enhance marketing material, signage and to help grow recognition with the City Centre.
